At DR Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our beauty concierge team with your order number to begin the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
